ScaledLoop

Your whole business,
in one loop.

Engineering for growing businesses · Vietnam

The problem

Fourteen tools,
one person,
every Monday.

Sales in the POS. Orders in each marketplace.
Cash in the bank. Stock in a spreadsheet.

01 · Forward-deployed

We connect
what you
already run.

One shared record of every order,
unit of stock and payment.

02 · Product

And build
what's still
missing.

Websites, online shops and web apps,
designed and built by one team.

Next step

Let's map your loop.

A 60-minute workflow review.
You leave with a first-workflow plan.

The problem

Your business runs on a dozen apps and a hundred spreadsheets.

Sales sit in the POS. Orders sit in each marketplace. Stock sits in a warehouse sheet, and cash sits in the bank and the accounting file.

Every app has its own login and its own export. The full picture exists once a week, after someone rebuilds it by hand. Decisions wait for that person, and each new sales channel adds another login, another reconciliation and another hire.

The loop

Every order. Every unit of stock. Every payment. Recorded once, seen by every team, and updated the moment it happens.

15working days

From your workflow review to your first workflow live.

3clients at a time

So the same engineers stay with you from review to handover.

60minutes

One workflow review is all it takes to see the plan.

About · Who we are

An engineering studio that designs and builds websites, web applications and the business systems behind them.

One team covers design, front-end, back-end and data, so what a client approves is what goes live.

01

Business before code

We learn the client's sales, marketing and operations before we design.

02

Working software in weeks

Short delivery cycles with a demo every week, so the client steers early.

03

We stay after launch

Care, monitoring and improvement once the work is live.

01 · Forward-deployed engineering

We start with how the business runs, then write the code.

An engineer joins the client's team for the first weeks. Discovery happens at the desk where the work is done.

Workflow mapping

Every handoff turned into a system design.

Data unification

One record of every customer and enquiry.

Warehouse and BI

Dashboards the team can trust.

AI agents

Routine work automated inside existing tools.

How an engagement runs
  1. Step 01

    Map

Sit with the people doing the work; document each tool, handoff and workaround.

  2. Step 02

    Unify

Connect existing systems so one record of each customer, order and product exists.

  3. Step 03

    Build

A working version on one real workflow, in the team's hands within weeks.

  4. Step 04

    Run

Access control, audit trails and monitoring, then training so the team owns it.

Selected work · Systems · Direct-to-consumer bedding brand

A nationwide bedding brand: a total digital transformation.

The client sells mattresses and bedding nationwide through its website, showrooms, chat and marketplaces. We built a bespoke warehouse, CRM, ERP and accounting core, then connected the SaaS tools each team relied on. Teams kept the routines they knew.

Every channel reads the same stock, order and customer record. Warehouse, sales and finance work from one system. Existing SaaS tools stay in place, connected through one core.

Teemay Coffee Roasters · Ho Chi Minh City

Point of sale to the books, automatically.

A specialty roaster since 2015, selling at its cafés, wholesale and online. Each counter sale now posts to accounting and updates online channels, with no re-keying at day's end.

Seudam Group · Koh Kood, Thailand

One back office for an island travel group.

Ferries, beachfront glamping, a café and yacht hire. Bookings, guests and daily operations across every unit run from one web CRM and ERP.

02 · Product engineering

Bring the idea. We design it, build it and ship it.

Our design and our build, from brief to launch. One team holds design and engineering, so what you approve is what goes live.

The timeline · embedded team

From us running it, to you running it.

Working days 1–15

We build it

Workflow review, diagnosis at the desk, data intake. One workflow in production with a measured before and after.

Every week after

We run it together

A weekly correction review with your named owner. A monthly scorecard against the day-one baseline.

When your owner is ready

You run it

Your team operates it. We supervise monthly, keep the connections current and ship platform improvements.

On-premise

A small server in your office on a private network. Your data stays in your building.

Managed

We host it, patch it and monitor it, and you keep full ownership of data and code.

Why ScaledLoop

What you can hold us to.

Speed

A working prototype in weeks.

Your first workflow goes live within 15 working days of the review. After that you get a scorecard every week and a new workflow whenever you are ready for one.

Security

Secure from the first release.

Role-based access and audit trails on every system. OWASP practices in every build. Your data and your code belong to you, and can run on your own hardware.

Fluency

Engineers who read a P&L.

We learn your operations, sales and finance first, and design the system from there. Requirements reach you as working software your team can use.

Focus

Three clients at a time.

Each engagement keeps the same engineers from first review to handover. One condition before we start: a named person on your team owns the system with us.
